As I stated with the notion of purchasing a home from ANSCA, I began by first evaluating the sales people as well as any of the homebuilder's representatives. It is my opinion that the management as well as the sales team representing ANSCA would reflect the quality of the home that I would be purchasing from the builder.

Prior to visiting the Isola Bella Estates Open House, I had visited several other homebuilders all in which had a mixture of personalitites - some pleasant and some agressive. The customer service I experienced at ANSCA was second to none.

Of the homes built by ANSCA, I first visited the Active Adult community - Bellagio and toured the model center homes, all of which had great features. However, I found that the homes in Isola Bella Estates to be exactly what my wife and i were looking for. The Andrea model had a layout that fit our needs, as well as the location within the community. We needed five bedrooms to accomodate grandchildren that visit us quite often as well as sufficient room for family visits from Europe.

Also, I had a very good experience when asked to meet with the Design Center for color selection. Very good experience and quality upgrades.
 
Isola Bella Estates is a quiet community with a well-appointed recreation facility, outstanding furnished fitness club and a large community outdoor pool.

With a 24-hour security gate and guard, I get a better sense of privacy, security and comfort. What more could we ask for - nothing more.

I am often asked if i would purchase from ANSCA again - My answer is emphatically YES.
